Didnt make it to the gym for a whole week. I have at least been doing a few other types of movement. I have started teaching dance again this week. I took a 1 hour conemporary class and went to cycling again last night. I did the walk of shame up to the scale and was up almost 5lbs. Blech. I hate that dreaded scale. Off to Zumba class tonight followed by some possible swimming..
total weight loss: 11 lbs
