Pilates tonight? Awesome. Didn't quite make it to yoga this morning; I was sleeping in my nice comfy bed. I am learning that there are consequences of being a slacker face and eating extremely horrible food for over a week. I made myself weigh in today and I am up 3 pounds. Total suckage. We are swearing off late night cookie runs. Hopefully that, along with having a week off of work next week, will help me get back on track...
